Welcome to Seture Wireless. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Plans

We offer three service plans for our telecommunications services designed for children:

  • Starter Plan
  • Standard Plan
  • Premium Plan

2. Contract Terms

  • Month-to-Month Contract: Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Customers can cancel their service at any time.

  • 6-Month Contract: Customers commit to a 6-month term. Early termination fees apply.

  • 1-Year Contract: Customers commit to a 1-year term. Early termination fees apply.

 

3. Activation Fee

An activation fee of 150 pesos will be charged for activating the line of your device. This fee is non-refundable.

 

4. Upgrades

Customers who complete a 1-year contract or two 6-month contracts will be eligible for a free upgrade, depending on the new contract signed. Further details on upgrade eligibility will be provided upon request.

 

5. Early Termination Fee

If you choose to terminate your contract before the completion of the agreed term, an early termination fee of 5000 pesos will apply. This fee is applicable to both 6-month and 1-year contracts.

 

6. Lost or Stolen Devices

Devices that are lost or stolen are not covered under any warranty. Customers are encouraged to take precautions to safeguard their devices.

 

7. Fair Use Policy

Our service includes unlimited talk and text, with the following fair use limits:

  • 500 minutes for voice calls
  • 5000 texts
  • 500MB of data per month

Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or throttling of service.

 

8. Returns and Warranty

  • Returns: If you are not satisfied with your device, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Warranty: Devices are covered under a limited warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only. Damage due to misuse or accidents is not covered.

9. Changes to Terms

Seture Wireless reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country/Region]. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Philippines
